1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the TourItiner website and purchasing our tour management system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Product Description
TourItiner is a complete tour management system sold at Rs. 60,000, which includes:
- Complete system installation on your server
- Server configuration and database setup
- Custom branding with your logo and colors
- Full team training (up to 5 users)
- 1 year of email and WhatsApp support
- Free lifetime updates and bug fixes
3. Purchase and Payment
- Payment must be made in full before installation begins
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, online payment
- Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.)
- All sales are final once installation has begun
4. Installation and Setup
- Installation will be scheduled after payment confirmation
- You must provide server access and necessary credentials
- Installation typically takes 3-5 business days
- You are responsible for providing suitable hosting
5. Server Requirements
Your hosting must meet minimum requirements:
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- MySQL 5.7 or higher
- Minimum 1GB RAM
- SSL certificate (we can assist with setup)
- Standard web hosting with cPanel or similar
6. Training and Support
- Training is provided for up to 5 users
- Training can be conducted on-site or online
- 1 year of support via email and WhatsApp is included
- Support covers technical issues and usage questions
- Extended support available at additional cost after 1 year
7. Updates and Maintenance
- Free lifetime updates are included
- Bug fixes are provided at no additional cost
- Major version upgrades are included
- You are responsible for maintaining your server and backups
8. Intellectual Property
- TourItiner software is owned by InnoCraft Web
- You receive a license to use the software, not ownership
- You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software
- Your custom branding and data remain your property
9. Refund Policy
- Full refund available if installation cannot be completed due to our fault
- No refunds after installation is complete and training is provided
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of installation
- We will work to resolve any legitimate issues before considering refunds
10. Limitation of Liability
InnoCraft Web shall not be liable for:
- Data loss due to server issues or user error
- Downtime caused by hosting provider issues
- Business losses or indirect damages
- Issues arising from third-party integrations
11. Warranties
- We warrant that the software will function as described
- We will fix bugs and technical issues within reasonable time
- No warranty for issues caused by server problems or user modifications
- Software is provided "as is" beyond the specified warranties
12. Termination
- You may stop using the software at any time
- We may terminate support for violations of these terms
- Termination does not entitle you to a refund
- Your data remains accessible on your server
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
